PlayDumbCharades is a free-to-play platform supported by voluntary donations from our community. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations and refunds for these donations.
2Donation Nature
All contributions made to PlayDumbCharades are considered voluntary gifts/donations to support the server costs and development of the platform. They are not payments for goods or services.
3Refund Policy
Generally, donations are non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you believe you made a donation in error (e.g., wrong amount, duplicate transaction), please contact us immediately.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
- We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from the refund amount.
4Cancellation
If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel it at any time through your payment provider or by contacting us. Cancellations will stop future charges but do not refund previous successful transactions.
